We offer both apps and web portals, so that no matter what device you use, CoachFirst can help put your business at your fingertips.

Our CoachFirst Hub app (aka “the white app”) is for Coaches, and is currently only available for iOS. Our CoachFirst app (aka “the red app”) is for Clients, and is available for iOS and Android devices.

We have web portals for both Coaches and Clients that work on browsers on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Using the web portal on your phone for simple functions like scheduling a 1:1 or class is easy, we recommend using a larger device like a tablet or laptop when doing things like viewing and downloading reports.

If you’re a coach, you want to download the CoachFirst Hub app (aka ”the white app”) from the App Store. You can sign up for an account and set up your business easily in the app.

If you’re a client, you want to download the CoachFirst app (aka “the red app”) either on the App Store for iOS users or Google Play Store for Android users. You will want to make sure that you are connected to your coach’s business to be able to book services with them.

The easiest way to start is by registering for a CoachFirst account, which takes about 2 minutes. Once you do that, you will receive our 15 Minute Setup Guide, access to our Knowledge Base, and full access to our Account Management team to help get you up and running.

We don’t offer subscription plans, so you can start using CoachFirst for free immediately. We are paid through our platform fee that is part of each card transaction processed through our Square integration. That means no out of pocket to you as the coach, no financial commitment, and we don’t need any credit card or other payment for you to get started.

When you register as a Coach, you are also automatically created as a client attached to your coaching business. That way you can use the same login credentials to see exactly what your clients will see when they use CoachFirst. We find that this creates a high level of confidence in the client experience before they go live on the software.

We have successfully converted coaching accounts from some of the biggest software providers in the market. When you register with CoachFirst, you are assigned an Account Manager and support from our Operations team. Their goal is to make your transition to CoachFirst as seamless and stress-free as possible, and to build your trust in us throughout the process.

Our account transition playbook keeps us on track through the process: configuring your account to suit your business; loading your client data; conducting multiple quality assurance checks; running in parallel so you feel 100% comfortable with CoachFirst; coordinating communications to your clients and coaches to help them onboard; careful management of the go-live process; and monitoring the user experience and offering live support from our team.

We know switching software can be daunting, which is why we’re so careful about the process. You don’t need to be an expert on the conversion process (that’s our job!), you just need to be the expert on your business.
