Our philosophy: We understand that subscription fees can burden coaches financially, so we've eliminated them altogether. With CoachFirst's pricing model, we're aligned with your success: as you grow, we grow alongside you!

How our pricing works: CoachFirst generates revenue through a Platform Fee, which is a small percentage of each card transaction processed through our Square integration whenever you or your clients make an order. As your transaction volume increases and you reach a new tier, the Platform Fee percentage decreases, passing on more savings to you and your clients.

Nope. So long as you are processing payments using our Square integration, there is no monthly or annual subscription. No contract, no commitment, nada.

The card processing and platform fees are included in the price you set for your clients. Click here for examples of how coaches set their prices using CoachFirst.

Square may be able to offer a lower processing rate for businesses with enough transaction volume to qualify for a custom rate. If you have enough card transaction volume to qualify for the Powerhouse tier of CoachFirst, you are a good candidate for a custom rate from Square.

The Square rates presented here are the standard rates for online client orders. Square charges different rates depending on how a payment is processed, you can find more details about their fees here: Square Fees

Yes, and that’s a good thing. Because you have your own Square account that is connected to our platform, there is no middleman touching your revenue. Setting up a new Square account only takes about 5 minutes, and you can start that here: Square Account Sign-Up.

Your tier is determined by the highest 3 months of revenue processed through CoachFirst during the trailing 12 months. So if you have 3 different months when your card transaction volume was more than $20,000 in the last 12, you would be in the Powerhouse tier.

If you choose not to use the card processing integration, after 60 days you can either:

  1. Continue to use CoachFirst without the client-facing features, aka our free “Organize Me” plan, or
  2. Pay a monthly fee to continue to use the full suite of platform features. The monthly cost for coaching businesses that don’t accept cards but do use the client-facing features is $29.99 for a single coach business, or $99.99 for a multi-coach or multi-location business.
